  • Certificate of Tax Identification Number Assignment,
  • Certificate of non criminal record,
  • ID,
  • Certificate of Professional Competence,
  • Road transport license,
  • OCPDiS licence (insurance).

DRIVER:

  • ID,
  • Certificate of Professional Competence,
  • Driver’s license,
  • Certificate of non criminal record,
  • Employee's medical record book,
  • Photo to an ID card.

VEHICLE / TRAILER:

  • Vehicle registration card,
  • A third party insurance,
  • Trailer's sanitary inspection record book,
  • Cleaning and disinfection book.
